A bumper edition of Print of the Week! How exciting!

I’ve handpicked three beautiful, but very different, pieces inspired by Audrey Hepburn. I already own one of these beauties and I have no doubt the other two will be in my possession very soon…

YellowFlowers

Yellow Flowers by Emma Block captures one of my favourite scenes from Audrey’s 1957 film Funny Face. I adore the sequence that depicts Jo’s photo shoot with Dick Avery {played by Fred Astaire}, and of all the stunning Givenchy costumes showcased as they whiz around Paris, it’s this sunny floral frock I’m drawn to the most {yes, even more than the wedding dress}.

What I love most about this print though is that it isn’t obviously Audrey. I’ve grown a little weary of the mass produced, cliched images of Hepburn that seem to have flooded the market in recent years. This print is subtle and, I think, beautiful in its own right.

TheBestThing

The Best Thing In Life Print by The First Snow is an incredibly pretty rendering of one of my favourite Audrey Hepburn quotes. Darah’s Etsy store overflows with beautiful handmade pieces for both weddings and the home. I’m quite taken with the Frank Sinatra quote, as well as Rhett Butler’s immortal line from Gone with the Wind. And if you happen to be in the market for a wedding cake topper, these are among the prettiest I’ve ever seen.

Flapperdoodle

I have long been a fan of Flapperdoodle‘s whimsical artwork and the vampish character Eloise, but as Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany’s she is simply sublime! If one isn’t enough, why not pick up the full set of Audrey Hepburn illustrations. Tempted, very tempted…

So, which is your favourite?
