- Feeling grateful for uninterrupted sleep.

- Sharing a shower with my boyfriend!
- Panic buying birthday presents for one of my daughter’s classmates.
- Painting my daughter’s nails in (as per her request) Barry M Silver and China Glaze Ruby Pumps.
- Chuckling when my daughter, while gazing longingly at my make-up box, asked me if she can have all my stuff when she gets older. Yes my child, some day, all this will be yours.
- Having a rather mediocre facial at a local spa.
- Resisting the temptation to splurge on Elemis products.
- Listening to my daughter recount the events of her friend’s birthday party.
- Wearing OPI ‘I’m Not Really A Waitress’ on my fingers but wishing it was on my toes.
- Watching ‘Rosemary’s Baby’ and thinking Mia Farrow looks gorgeous in it (even while pregnant with Satan’s spawn).
- Playing with my new Sleek palette.
- Drinking cups of tea and eating mince pies.
- Slowly cooking a huge beef Casserole for Sunday lunch.
- Watching ‘Coraline’ in 3d and eating pop corn with my daughter.
- Looking silly in my 3d glasses.
- Dreading Monday morning.

I’m glad you enjoy them! It actually makes me feel good to write down everythig we do… makes me appreciate the time we spend together as a family even more. Izzy was so sad when I had to remove the nail varnish for school on Monday. xxx
