- Travelling. We left the hotel in Bali at 2.30pm on Saturday and our flight departed for Singapore a few hours later. After 4 hours in Singapore airport we boarded our final flight back to London Heathrow. After 12 1/2 hours in the air we landed at 5.30am, UK time.
- Feeling very blessed to have such immaculately behaved children. They were angels on all of the flights we took.
- Feeling stiff. Jesse slept on me for about 10 hours of the 2nd flight. It was incredibly uncomfortable but I do so love cuddling him!
- Wondering why Heathrow airport always look cold, grey and wet no matter what time of day or what month of the year you return from your hols.
- Relishing the first proper mug of tea I’ve had in a fortnight. Bliss.
- Eating croissants for breakfast.
- Showing off a particularly special piece of jewellery I acquired while on holiday 😉
- Snuggling with Jesse on the sofa when he reached a point where he simply couldn’t keep his eyes open any longer.
- Watching CBeebies with Isabel.
- Seeing off Mr. LA and the children when they left for home.
- Enjoying 48hrs in London with my Mum before we head to Brighton for my baby sister’s graduation.
- Strolling in the sunshine.
- Dipping pitta bread into Saint Agur and eating blueberries in the park.
- Catching up on some blog reading.
- Having a very early night.
- Hating jet lag and post holiday blues.
- Missing the children and my fella.

You’ve been so busy! That sounds like an incredibly lovely time, despite the jet lag and such. I’ve never traveled outside of the States, but it’s certainly my dream. It would help if I weren’t afraid of flying, but that’s okay.
