Pearl & Earl is a recent discovery, but one I wish I’d made months ago.
This online store stocks a vast array of goodies – including nostalgic paper decorations, pretty prints, an abundance of twine, huge balloons, and stripey straws in every colour imaginable. I shan’t throw a party without them ever again.
Most of the decorations used at at our recent Halloween bash were sourced from the site. I was hugely impressed with the quality, customer service and speed of delivery, not to mention the reasonable prices. When one of the items I ordered became unavailable, I received a friendly email from a chap called Gareth who offered to either send it on later at no extra charge or refund my money if they’d missed the party. This personal touch reminded me why it is such a joy to deal with small, independent businesses.
It’s the paper balls, bells, fans and pom poms that have won my heart the most. Ever since I added a few to the decor in the children’s bedroom, I’ve been smitten with this form of adornment. I will definitely be ordering some in red and white for Christmas, along with a huge reel of bakers twine for wrapping gifts.
So, Pearl & Earl. Highly recommended. What say you? Tempted?

Lovely Monday morning reading, thank you. I’ve been looking out for how I’m going to wrap my presents this year, I change my colours and themes each year, think you’ve just helped me make my decision with this lovely site, “brown paper package’s tidied up with (yule coloured stripey) string” with mini pegs to hold the name tags on! What do think? E xxx
