This was yet another fall collection that I was stupidly excited about. I had asked the lovely lady that works on the Lancome counter in Boots when they were expecting it and I was straight down on Saturday for a peek at the goodies. I adore the combination of gold and bright blue. It’s obviously not something I could pull off everyday (I already draw disapproving looks at mother and baby groups) but I’m really looking forward to having a play with these items. 
I picked up the Indigo Charms palette, Colour Fever gloss in no. 125 ‘Aarons Red’ and the blue nail polish. I haven’t had a chance to try any of these out properly yet but, on first impression, the nail polish is gorgeous and probably only needs two coats for a lovely opaque finish (can’t wait to wear this on my toes). The gloss is as perfect as all the other colour fever glosses I own (I think this is my 5th) and it’s a really nice juicy red. I love the eye shadows, the golds are a fabulous texture and the blues can be applied quite subtly or packed on for a more intense look. I think the packaging is really beautiful too and the mirror is a nice size.
I’d really like to have a go at re-creating the look from the promo-image because I can’t stop staring at the model’s eyes! Sexy, no?
