I’m late posting this little injection of glamour because I had a fun filled Friday evening talking weddings with another recently engaged friend. Much wine was consumed and I have to admit my head is a little fuzzy this morning! I shared the picture of me in my dress (she loved it) and showed her my gorgeous vintage headband (also a winner). There was lots of giggling, the wedding excitement was almost too much to bare!
I trust you all had a fabulous evening, what glamorous happenings went on in your world? We have very little planned for the weekend ahead, Izzy’s one request is to try out her new skipping rope at the park. I’m desperately trying not to panic about a presentation I have to give on Monday at university, I have no idea when I’m going to fit any work in over the next 2 days!

My friday evening was spend in the company of my best friend who I’ve not seen for weeks in a fabulous restaurant, eating gorgeous food and drinking a bottle of chianti.We had a good catch up and it was a great excuse to dress up, she wore a bright cat suit with matching beads (she said she felt very Carrie Bradshaw) I wore a black dress and pink and red spotty irregular choice shoes and I felt very 50’s housewife think Mad men style and that was me.
