Audrey Hepburn and Mel Ferrer on their wedding day in 1954. Isn’t Audrey’s dress divine? the style is very specific to the era yet completely timeless, classic Audrey.
I’m very much in need of some glamour tonight ladies. I’ve been feeling under the weather all day and I’m almost certain I can feel a cold brewing. I wish I had the energy to give myself a pedicure (I picked up Revlon Red this week, possibly my new favourite red polish) but my evening will more than likely be spent lying very still on the sofa while I watch Breakfast at Tiffany’s for the gazillionth time!
I do hope you are having a more glamorous evening than I am? Fingers crossed I feel better quickly, I have some exciting things planned for the weekend including a whirlwind trip to London via a very exciting potential wedding venue!

Look at her lovely face adoring him……bastard!!!!
my evening has spent shopping for afternoon tea items for my sons 8th birthday garden party tommorrow (i’m hoping it stops raining) and at the moment having a look around blogland with a big mug of hotchoc.
I too feel abit run down, i’ve had a cold and coming to the end of it now. But my littlest has been up most nights this week..i feel bleurgh and my skin is breaking out 🙁
ooo enjoy the weekend, how exciting!!
xx
No glamour this end, am in week 36 of the pregnancy so I’m just lolling about at home watching Glee! Hope your cold doesn’t take hold. x
Aww, Audrey. I agree with LissyLou’s comment! Darn you, Mel.
I hope you’re feeling better. Curling up with BaT can be the best cure sometimes, I think. I don’t have any particularly glamorous plans for the weekend, sadly. Have fun with your exciting whirlwind trip! It sounds perfectly exciting and whirlwindy!
