The weather has been absolutely miserable this weekend. It’s rained almost constantly and the wind has been rattling round outside the house. Days like today always remind me of Winnie the Pooh and ‘The Blustery Day’ when Owl’s house gets blown away!

This was my first proper attempt at using my new Sleek ‘Storm’ palette. I used three of the shadows; the peachy gold, the vibrant plum and the matte beige/brown. First impressions are definitely good. The shadows applied really nicely and there wasn’t any of the fallout I was expecting from them. Pigmentation is certainly not an issue with these… I’m seriously shocked at how cheap these are.

I discovered this lip combo recently and I adore it. It feels so autumnal and has replaced MAC’s ‘Jampacked‘ lipglass (LE from Cult of Cherry last year) as my favourite berry lip. I have always overlooked Lancome’s Juicy Tubes, assuming that they will be uber-sticky, but as long as you’re careful not to apply too much they really aren’t. And they smell divine!! I think they’re slightly hydrating as well as my usually dry lips feel very comfortable when I use this gloss.
