After I mentioned my peanut butter and snickers muffins the other day I was inundated with requests for the recipe.

OK. Two people mentioned it in the comments.

Anyway… after discovering this fabulous blog that so effortlessly blends fashion and frosting, I’ve decided to attempt to document my baking this weekend. I try and bake something every Saturday. I find the whole process very therapeutic and I always crave cake at around 4pm on a Sunday, that’s cake o’clock in our house. Homemade is infinitely better than shop bought, and usually cheaper too. Plus, Izzy adores donning her apron and helping me in the kitchen (although she is usually more enthusiastic about licking the mixing bowl than anything else). Mr. LA is adamant that another batch of the snickers muffins are needed, but I’m dying to try my hand at some marshmallow cupcakes too. We’ll see.
