If you can steal a catchphrase then I stole this from London Makeup Girl, for which I apologise profusely. I just wanted to drop by and apologise for the distinct lack of anything on Loveaudrey of late. I have been working very, very hard to try and finish my 2 essays before Easter weekend so I can take some time off and enjoy the sunshine/my children/eating chocolate. I’m almost there, one more 6am start tomorrow and I might just do it before the (s)in-laws arrive at lunchtime.
My plan is to spend the next 4 days cooking, eating and drinking copious amounts of wine with my loved ones. Oh, and of course photographing it all so I can bore you with the details next week! I have so many blog posts floating around my head at the moment and I’m really hoping the next few days will bring the kind of calm and head space that allows for creativity.

I know what you mean, I’m almost finished with my MA dissertation and can’t wait to be done with it! I need to do some cooking for Easter as well… Hope you have an amazing time with your family 🙂
I think heads far wiser than mine thought this one up, but I have adopted it as words to live by! Sometimes other things have to come before blogging, and your posts are always worth the anticipation. Have a lovely weekend.
