Yes, you read it write. Three years ago today, I clicked publish on my very first blog post.
A lot has changed round here since then. Over time, this space has developed into somewhere that I share all the things I love, be it the latest addition to my lipstick collection, what my kids have been up to, or simply a meal I’ve enjoyed cooking.
I often find it hard to define what kind of blog it is I write these days. I kind of hate the phrase ‘lifestyle blog’, sounds a little pretentious if you ask me, but I certainly do share my life on these pages. In the three years that I’ve been blogging I’ve had a baby, finished one degree, started another, got engaged, planned a wedding, written a dissertation, got married, graduated and scored a new job.
I am so grateful I’ve had somewhere to document it all, and that by some kind twist of fate you all seem to have enjoyed reading about it. Blogging, and all that goes with it, has brought some wonderful people into my life {I think you all know who you are} and was also central to my life finding its current path.
I’ve a few things planned for Loveaudrey over the next few months. Nothing drastic, just a bit of focus, some much needed care and attention. I want to write more, I want my writing to be better, I want you to want to comment more and I want to be better at responding when you do.
