I know, I know… you’re sick of the sight of bunting and if you have to read one more royal family related pun you’ll fling your laptop across the room.
I’ll keep it brief…
1 jubilee weekend, 2 parties, 1 birthday {my Gran, pictured in her smart pinny}, scones with clotted cream and jam, lots of cake, even more booze, my Mum’s famous jubilee chicken, friendly neighbours, children playing, wearing my favourite skirt, a sprinkling of sunshine and plenty of laughter. Perfect.
What did you get up to this weekend?

Eldest son’s Stag Night. London! Jersey Boys(fab!). A day of baking. Running. Family. Jubilicious! X
Haha! Love it, jubilicious indeed! 🙂 xxx
You look lovely in your red & white! Love the belt too.
Thank you 🙂 The skirt and belt are from Hobbs. They were expensive but I love them so much I can’t imagine ever not wanting to wear them!

Perfect, AND the sun shone for you 🙂 Not been a great deal of jubilation here what with the RAIN, but it’s been a much needed rest! Love the photos, can’t wait to see the full collection xxx P.S. you look stunning, as ever 🙂
It was chilly though, very chilly! But, yes, we were lucky with the weather. Glad you had a rest and thank you, I adore my new skirt 🙂

Looks like a fun filled weekend. Can I be your friend and come round for cake please? Your baking always looks so amazing and yummy. xx
Of course you can, as you can see, there’s always plenty to go round!

Did Jesse have a hair cut? He looks so cute x
Yes, a fairly drastic one at that! I’m still getting used to it, but he does look cute. He’s actually looking a lot my Dad now that he’s had the chop which is lovely. Hope you had a good weekend lady 🙂

It looks like it was a wonderful weekend! Jesse’s haircut is very cute. All that food looks amazing! I admire you for working in a kitchen in your cute outfit -if I tried that I would have been a complete & total mess within five minutes! 🙂
So lovely to see comments from you again RMb, I’ve missed you 🙂
I have to admit the food was delicious. Our neighbours brought along so much too, it was a real feast!

Eeeek! I accidentally removed your comment Fiona, I’m sorry! I have no idea how I get flat tops on my cupcakes, it’s fluke! I do get some that aren’t and I always slice the domes off with sharp knife before I ice them. Sorry I can’t be more help!
