• Doing Washing. Just like every other day of the week.
• Discovering my sister’s tattoo on the inside of her wrist. Pretty stars and our Dad’s initials. It’s very cool.
• Persuading my sister to tell our Mum about said tattoo.
• Being woken up at 2am by the boy.
• Finally getting my hair done. Went for a slightly different colour this time, a bit redder. Will post pics at first opportunity.
• Smiling when my stylist told me she could see some brand new baby hair growing. Hopefully my hair should start thickening up again soon *crosses fingers*.
• Staring in amazement as my son ate 1 and a 1/2 mashed bananas in one sitting.
• Cooking and freezing the veggie chili for my son’s naming ceremony party.
• Getting annoyed at not being able to find the new Batiste for brunettes anywhere. Please bring this to the masses asap Mr. Batiste.
• Being filled with glee when I nipped into my local Superdrug and noticed that they are now stocking Sleek make-up. The palettes will be mine, oh yes, they will be mine.
• Picking up the new nail polish from Chanel’s gorgeous holiday collection.
• Making sock puppets with my daughter.
• Trying to live by these wise words ‘If you want something badly enough, you just do it. If you don’t, you make excuses’and therefore…
• … attempting to write a personal statement for my MA application.
