I’m a tiny bit excited about going to London this weekend… without the children!!

My mum bought some tickets for the theatre aaaaaages ago (I was still pregnant at the time). I remember her saying ‘the baby will be six months old by then, it’ll be fine with daddy for a couple of days’. Now the weekend has actually arrived I have to admit I’m a bit anxious about leaving the little one, although I know Mr. LA will cope without me.
We’ll be going to see Legally Blonde: The musical on Saturday night. I thought the film was hilarious and I’ve heard good things about the stage version. It’s so long since I’ve been to the theatre that just being there will be fabulous. My mum, sister and I will shall spend the rest of the weekend having our hair done, eating good food, shopping and generally enjoying ourselves. There’s also a chance I’ll get to sleep past 5am! I can’t wait.
