… I *need* some mismatched vintage china.
Lots of it.
An entire tea set I think.
(I do have my grandmother’s wedding china stashed away in the attic somewhere. It’s Wedgwood, but I’m just too terrified to use it.That’s the problem with saving things for best… they never get used.)

So pretty! Get yourself down to an antiques fair sharpish missus – you’ll find lots of lovely (cheap) oddments there! I know of a great big one that happens every couple of months I think in Shepton Mallet that’s really good, but is that a long way from you?
those are beautiful! that is so great that you have access to your grandmother’s wedding china! i would love to have something like that to be able to pass on to my daughter some day. i’m a little jealous. 🙂
@Ondine You’re right that’s exactly what I need to do. I’m desperate for some vintage babysham glasses too! Shepton Mallet is about 1hr30m from us so perhaps doable for a nice daytrip. Thanks for the tip!
@RMb I know I’m very lucky! I hope one day I might have a nice dresser in which I could display it all rather than keeping it boxed up in the attic.
