Mr. LA and I decided to celebrate last night so that we could enjoy a glass of wine (or three) without having to worry about everything that Monday morning entails. I sipped some pink champagne (OK… sparkling rose… but it was from M&S) in the bath while my lovely boy cooked me a fabulous dinner. After scoffing my massive plate of pasta and eating Haagen Daaz we had a well deserved snuggle on the sofa. I was so tired that I nodded off around 10pm, much to my boyfriends amusement! Unfortunately, we had a bit of rough night with baby J (more teeth perhaps?) which killed the romance a bit but I’m about to eat a yummy cooked breakfast which will more than make up for the early start.
I’d love to hear about your Valentines adventures. And if you’re in no way interested in this soppy holiday I hope you have a wonderful Sunday anyway!

that sounds like a wonderful valentine’s (eve) day! i don’t have any plans, but i think i’ll go buy some flowers for my husband & daughter. 🙂
@RMb hope your hubby enjoyed his flowers! It didn’t even occur to me to get anything for my daughter (she’s never even noticed Valentines in previous years). This year she obviously felt very left out of the card opening so I’ll def be mailing her one next year!
