I especially love Audrey’s costumes in Roman Holiday, the full skirt, nipped in waist and perfect white blouse with capped sleeves. I’ve got my eye on a few shirts in Zara but I’m watching the pennies as we jet of to Bali in 2 weeks. Still, they’d be perfect with my skinny, cropped black trousers in the heat wouldn’t they?

Ooh yes they would be ideal in the heat and also look so classy!
Go on buy one!

Yes, get one, the white shirt is a classic. I like men’s ones from Uniqlo, you can roll the sleeves up on them xx
Gorgeous, very classy…BUT, white + children = disaster! Actually, I don’t even need children to have disasters when wearing white, hehe! I’m so clumsy!

I love white full stop i think white is such a flattering colour but as laura said White and children dont go well. Not in my house anyway. xx
@Shadow My thoughts exactly!
@Anonymous Girl Thanks for the tip, we don’t have a Uniqlo near here though sadly. Next time I’m in one I’ll be sure to check them out though!
@Laura Well, the grubby white walls throughout my house are a testament to the truth of that statement but weirdly I do manage to where white on my top haf quite alot. I actually had a white top on today. I never, ever where it on my bottom half though, Jesse has a habit of grabbing my trouser legs with mucky hands so that would be a disaster. Plus the knees would get grubby because I’m constantly crawling round on the floor to play with the kids (or pick up after them). I’ve always wondered how Liz Hurley managed in those white jeans of hers after her son was born.
@nicoletta It def can be very flattering, I always think it looks really stylish and polished.

Can you schedule some blog posts for when you’re on holiday…pretty please…I just realised I don’t think I can cope without you for two weeks 🙁

I love white shirts! I remember I had one in my first year of University that was an Uma in Pulp Fiction style. I thought that I looked the bees knees.
