As much as it pained me to admit it, yesterday I finally had to accept that little Jesse was really struggling to see where he was going and that his beautiful blond locks desperately needed a trim. Their very first trim to be more specific.
We wandered in to a small local salon (I decided anonymity was a good idea, just in case my little angel decided to be a little devil) and I held my breath as the friendly stylist snipped the teeniest tiniest amount of hair from my sons head. I’m hoping to cultivate some mid-length surfer hair (as I adore little boys with long hair and it will sufficiently irritate my Grandmother) so I was adamant that we only lost the absolute bare minimum. Jesse was terribly good actually, a little wriggly but there were no tears or defiant screams. In fact, he even flirted with the pretty hairdresser a little!!

He’s adorable! Looks like he enjoyed his first trip to the hairdressers 🙂
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous 🙂 Lovely little Jesse! Did you manage to save some of his hair, to keep? I think my Mum still has a lock from my first cut! xxx
He is absolutely adorable! How do you not just squeeze him constantly?! He’s just lovely xxx
you have THE CUTEST little boy! he’s got such a happy smile: i love it! his new haircut looks adorable. how’d he do during the session? was he squirmy or fussy? i haven’t taken my daughter in yet & i’m just afraid she’ll pitch a huge fit. but we have a salon geared specifically for kids near our house, so maybe we’ll do that when the time comes.
Gorgeous! He was so well behaved too, well done Jesse.
