My recent attempts at shopping for winter clothes have been far from triumphant, I’m even struggling a little with Christmas present buying this year. I seem to have lost my shopping mojo somewhere in amongst the piles of books and journal articles on my desk.
That said, I have stumbled across a few lust worthy objects during some online window shopping (read: procrastination). What better way to drop a few subtle hints in Mr. LA’s direction than a wish list post complete with links to the relevant websites? Subtle, no?!
Oasis Rose Bud Dress. In a size 6. Pretty Please. Desperate to wear this with a pair of crimson tights and my favourite pair of black Mary Poppins inspired shoes (purchased in Office many years ago… loved them so much I bought them in every colour).
These tan heeled brogues would go with everything (including the aforementioned frock). I wear a size 6, just for reference like….
I’m desperate for some new perfume. I wouldn’t say no to a bottle of my ever faithful Agent Provocateur (my most favourite scent EVER) but failing that Vivienne Westwood’s latest offering will suffice. I’ve convinced myself that wearing this fragrance will make me feel like the crimson haired, red heel wearing beauty in the advertising imagery. That’s not too much to ask of a bottle of perfume is it?
I have a huuuuuge Amazon wish list brimming over with various recipe books, baking bibles and (no doubt) beautiful prose (that, let’s face it, I’ll never have time to read) but this book is definitely perched right at the top. I will probably cry if I don’t find this somewhere under the tree on Christmas morning. My bookshelves are groaning under the weight of my Audrey related book collection and I’ve decided I simply can’t live without this one.

I accidentally on purpose left my list where I knew my daughter would find it, because she’ll make sure Daddy buys me the things I want. Hehe!

I’m not sure what to ask for this year, other than a ton of eyeshadows to complete my MAC palette. Oh and some Vivienne Westwood orb earrings I’ve had my eye on. x
