This picture of Marilyn with her nose in a book seemed rather appropriate considering I’ll probably spend most of this evening studying. I have a presentation to prepare for Monday and time is so scarce at weekends that I have no choice but to devote some of my Friday night to uni work.
I will take an hour off to indulge in some yummy food from M&S though (who doesn’t love the dine in for £10 deal?). A nice glass of rose and some melt in the middle chocolate pots should fill me with a little cheer. Mr. LA has a weekend of night shoots ahead of him so I’ll be a film makers widow for most of the weekend. Oh well, what was the Sex in the City box set invented for if not moments like these?
I have to admit, I’m a little excited about watching Isabel sing and dance in her end of term performance on Sunday. This has been her first term at Stage Coach drama classes and I have to admit she’s quite the little actress. Goodness, I hope I don’t turn into one of those pushy stage mums!!

Nothing too amazing for me, a catch up with my best friend while the hubby is out with work, hoping the little un’s go to bed early and stay there!
Might have a few nibbles and light my Yankee Candle, praying the snow doesn’t fall too much over night, we’ve had too much over the last two nights and my back won’t take any more shovelling.
