- Sleeping in.
- Having a snuggle with the children for what felt like the first time in ages.
- Loving seeing the children with their Grandparents. They all climbed into bed together and caught up on some cuddles as Nanny and Papa hadn’t been able to visit since June.
- Enjoying Mr. LA’s fried eggs.
- Hating that I had to miss out on all the fun because of this horrible essay I have to finish. The children were whisked off to Living Coasts in Torquay and they ate Fish & Chips for lunch. Not fair.
- Eating a take-away curry and drinking too much wine.
- Watching classic Alan Partridge. Ah Ha!!
- Falling into bed and snuggling with the fella.
- Wishing Jesse would sleep past 6.45 on a Sunday.
- Baking a very, very yummy cake.
- Talking weddings.
- Loathing the way my skin is currently behaving. Damn you hormones and damn you cold weather *shakes fist*
- Cooking a huge casserole. I’m loving Delia’s recipe for beef in beer, especially when served with a mountain of delicious roasted veg.
- Relishing my first taste of parsnips this season. Tastes like Christmas… nom, nom, nom!! (Does anyone else get excited about vegetables? Mr. LA thinks I’m weird. Can’t wait to eat some sprouts!!)
- Loving the appreciative silence induced by my cake. My future FIL had 2 slices!
- Drinking far too many cups of tea.
- Drying Izzy’s tears when she had to say goodbye to Mr. LA’s parents.
- Curling up on the sofa with Izzy to watch ‘An American in Paris’. How dreamy is Gene Kelly?
- Trying to catch up on housework.
- Helping Izzy with her Math homework.
- Feeding the children beans on toast. Funny how the simplest meals garner the most enthusiasm from them.
- Putting too very sleepy children to bed.
- Pledging to write another 300 words of my essay before I got too sleepy.
- Catching up on my favourite blogs.
- Loving Eating Diamonds. Emma was ‘the one that started it all’ for me, the first blog I ever read and the main reason I nervously clicked ‘publish’ on my first post over a year ago. The girls still got it. Go read.
- Planning to relax in a bath full of (sadly discontinued) Lush Bathos bubbles. Violet scented heaven.
- Trying not to panic at the prospect of having to write 1000 words by the end of tomorrow.

The last thing I do on a Sunday night is check your blog 🙂 Hope you managed those 300 words and enjoyed chomping another slice of cake 🙂 xxx
Emma was the reason I started blogging too! She’s great isn’t she! xx
